STAFF UPDATES

HELLO! There are a few things I would like to remind.

- Group Pictures: We have asked to have all groups to have a picture taken together before or after their event. I think we misunderstood and not expected to take pictures of ppl playing. There will be a GoPro in the shop which you will take the picture with and then return right after. This would be good to do at the end in front of the sign. If the group has any Social media, write it down next to the party name so we can tag them later when we post. Example: pittwomensbball

- Reviews: Tickets should be given out to party with your name. It would be a good idea to say something along the lines of... I hope you guys enjoyed your time. Here are passes for free admission and rental to our public play. It would be helpful if you left me a 5star review on google as we are having a staff competition to see who can get most for the month. Thank you!

- Pavilions Before and After: we've been good at cleaning after, but before your party starts in your pavilion please check to make sure tables are clean. No broken paint and mud on the tables. If time wipe with wet towel or ask trailer person if time.

- Paintballs thrown: this helps with the above. Usually only an issue with kids and almost every party. Please when a party first is rolling in mention to the kids, not to throw or break paintballs on the ground.

- Team Tape: Reminder to put on mask straps and not guns or arms.

ADDITIONS

- There are now mini flags as part of props. These flags could be good for games like hardpoint or demolition. You can put a teams flag in enemy territory like a 40 yard line where a bomb must be dropped such as an ammo can and or a team has to come and take it to disarm. Be creative and leave and suggestions in comments.
